About
Our Women in STEM club provides opportunities for students to explore ideas and careers in the STEM field. Our club meetings consist of guest speakers, projects, films, and other activities. Guest speakers are typically people from various STEM fields that are able to shed light on their passions and type of work. We also undertake projects such as 3D printing and coding that members can work on individually or with our guidance. These skills are ultimately utilized to brainstorm and construct a project for the GBS MakerFaire. We offer a variety of resources to connect you with internships and other helpful experiences. Holistically, we work to create a community of supportive women who motivate each other to accomplish our goals within GBS and beyond high school.
